Privacy Policy

This policy covers priceisrightkid.com and Lumi, our video editing service. It is written in plain language because it should be possible to actually read it.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and only so we can edit your video and send it back.

  • Your name and email address. Either because you emailed us, or because you submitted a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads.
  • A link to your footage, normally a Google Drive link that you paste in yourself.
  • The video you send us, and the finished edit we make from it.
  • Anything else you choose to put in an email to us.

We do not run trackers or advertising pixels on this website, and we do not collect payment card details. If you pay us, that is handled by the payment provider, not by us.

What we do with it

  • Edit your video and send you back a link to the finished file.
  • Reply to you about that job.
  • Keep a record of who you are and what we have made for you, so that if you come back we know your preferences and how many free edits you have used.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Automated editing and AI

Lumi edits video automatically. That process may use AI tools to cut the footage, add captions, adjust colour and generate supporting imagery. Your footage is used to make your edit and for nothing else. We do not use your footage to train AI models, and we do not licence it to anyone else.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of ordinary service providers to run the service. They only ever see what they need to:

  • Google for email and for file storage and sharing.
  • Meta if you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, which is where that form data comes from.
  • AI providers used in the editing process itself.

How long we keep it

We keep your footage and finished edits while we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you ask for a change or another copy. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Deleting your data

Email echoassistantinfo@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data".

We will delete your footage, your finished edits and your contact record, and confirm by email when it is done. You do not need an account, a password or a form. Just ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the same address above. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honour those requests too.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
